When you’re catering for some of the most important people around – our children –
it’s really important to make sure everything’s just right for them. So at Fresh, we hold staff training days as part of our philosophy of setting a higher standard for school catering.
The pictures here show our latest event, with sessions covering everything from the best ways to look after our customers to making sure our food looks really appetising on the plate.
